Jim showed up after hours, on a weekend to fix our AC that died in 97 degree heat. Did a phenomenal job and was able to fix the unit within a half hour. Snipps was the ONLY company in Montrose that advertised 24-hour emergency and actually answered the phone and show up. Thank you Jim and Snipps!

Another company came to diagnose the problem with an AC unit and said that it would cost $3,000 to $5,000 for the repair. Therefore, they wanted us to spend around $10,000 for a totally new system. HOWEVER, Snipps came and fixed the problem for less than $500. Jim was friendly, professional, and exhibited total integrity through the entire experience. Thank you!!!

The scheduling was quick and the service was great! Jim came and fixed both of our units and told us to call if it didn't seem to be working properly. After a couple weeks one was fixed and the other still wasn't working properly. I called again and he got over to the office within a day or two and fixed that unit. It's working great now! Highly recommend!

Snipps stands behind their work. They did an excellent AC/heater install in my 20 year old home, when a minor issue arose (not due to the installation) they came out the same day I called them and worked under an umbrella in heavy rain to install a part on my compressor. They are always very friendly and professional too. Good work!
